The procedure for placing orders is very simple since you make use of an electronic shopping cart (winkelwagentje).
You will be guided step by step through the entire ordering process of which at the end you will find and overview and summary of your order.
You can always change or cancel your order anywhere in the process.
After completion of the form, with your personal details and your choice for method of payment and shipping you click the 'verzenden' (send) button and then your order will be mailed to us. You will then immediately receive an email confirmation on the email address provided to us with a summary of all relevant details of your order.
In the case you have chosen "Vooraf per bank" (Payment Upfront) as method of payment, you have to transfer the total amount of your order to the bankaccount number as stated in the email order confirmation. After receipt of this payment by us the goods will be immediately sent to the address provided by you.
Since credit card payments and payment through the IDEAL system are cleared online, goods will be sent immediately but not later than the first working day following the date of your order, provided that all items are in stock.
Shipping charges
For The Netherlands
For small parcels that fit in the standard letterbox we charge an amount of € 2,50. For parcels that do not fit in the standard letterbox we charge the standard amount of € 7,50. For bigger packages with more value we only partly charge the shipping costs or we do not charge shipping costs at all depending on value, weight and volume of the consignment. If we indeed charge you for shipping and for how much will be specified before you confirm your order.
For Belgium:
For Belgium applies in most cases a lower rate than the standard International Shipping Costs of
€ 15.00, but is depending on value, weight and volume. How much the shipping costs will be is specified before you confirm your order.
Other countries
The standard tariff for shipping costs here is: 15,00. This amount can be adjusted depending on value, weight and volume. How much the shipping costs will be is specified before you confirm your order.
Specification of shipping costs and VAT
In both the order summary - before you confirm your order - and on the email order confirmation - after you have placed your order - shipping charges and VAT are specified.
Those charges also appear on the Invoice included in the shipment.
